My divorce has been final 13 years today. Easy to remember as it became final on Cinco de Mayo.

The last few weekends have been hot, and we've been doing heavy-duty outside projects... I have blisters, splinters, and a sunburn (lovin' every minute of it!) Looks like a cool down for the weekend, which I am happy for. We are having an Open House for the animal shelter, and I get all whiny if I just have to sit around in the heat.

I'm in charge of the kids games booth. I shocked myself when I volunteered for that, because I'm not that fond of kids <BEG>, but I have a crafts project and a couple of animal related games planned, and it should be fun.
